We respect your right to control your personal information. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data from Modern Humans AI at any time.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Self-Service Deletion (Fastest)

  1. 1Log into your Modern Humans AI account
  2. 2Go to User Settings in your profile
  3. 3Click "Delete Account" button
  4. 4Confirm deletion - this action is permanent
  5. 5All data removed immediately

Option 2: Email Request

  1. 1Email us at: [email protected]
  2. 2Include: Your account email address
  3. 3Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  4. 4We'll process your request within 30 days

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

Profile information (name, email, settings)
Content data (posts, captions, drafts)
Social media connections (revoked permissions)
Usage analytics and activity logs
Billing information (except as required by law)
All AI-generated content associated with your account

What We May Retain

For legal and security purposes, we may retain:

  • Transaction records (for tax/audit requirements)
  • Security logs (for fraud prevention - anonymized)
  • Aggregated, anonymized usage data (cannot identify you)
